This policy explains how personal data submitted through this website is collected, used, disclosed and protected, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry or registration forms on this site: your name, email address, contact number, preferred contact date and time, the materials you have asked for (e-brochure, price list, showflat appointment) and the unit types you are interested in. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, identification numbers, financial account details or copies of documents through these forms.
Why we use it
- To send you the materials you requested, and to respond to your enquiry by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To notify you of material project updates — the official project name, price list, floor plans, site plan, preview and launch dates.
- To arrange a viewing or appointment where you have asked for one.
By submitting a form you consent to being contacted for these purposes through the channels above, regardless of your registration status with the Do Not Call registry. You may withdraw that consent at any time (see below).
Where it goes
Form submissions are transmitted to a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script and are accessible only to the representatives handling enquiries for this project. Data is not sold, rented or traded. It may be disclosed only where required by law or a regulatory authority.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for as long as is reasonably needed to serve your enquiry and keep you updated on this development, and then delete it. If you ask us to delete it earlier, we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the performance of advertising campaigns and to show relevant ads. It records page views and form submissions in aggregate. You can control this through your browser's cookie settings and through your Meta ad preferences. The site also loads Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving those files.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to further contact. Reply "STOP" to any message from us, or write to us using the contact details on the enquiry section of the main page, and we will action the request within a reasonable time.
Accuracy and disclaimer
Project information on this website is compiled from URA Government Land Sales notices, developer and REIT disclosures, and published market data. Figures marked as estimates are our own calculations, with the derivation shown, and are not developer-confirmed. Nothing on this site is an offer, a representation, or financial advice.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
